Refund Policy

By placing an order with AZ Land Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our work, which includes digital downloads, customized photography sessions, or print orders, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

Cancellations and rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis for photography sessions with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, but any payment already made remains non-refundable and may be credited toward a future session at our discretion.

If you experience an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or file corruption), please contact us within 7 days o from the date you placed your order so we can assess and, if appropriate, provide a resolution.
